Applications should be evaluated with the following:


Scale:

Excellent – 5

Good – 4

Average – 3

Fair - 2

Poor - 1

Criteria

  • MARKET OPPORTUNITY: There is a clear, substantial market need and a way to capitalize on that need.
  • COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE: The team has that 'secret sauce' that differentiates them from their competition and demonstrates an understanding of the competitive environment.
  • FOUNDING TEAM CREDIBILITY: This team has the skills to successfully launch this venture.
  • OVERALL PITCH QUALITY: Information was presented in a clear and logical fashion. All relevant information was covered.
