How to Redeem

***If you currently have a Zoom account tied to your Passport email address and you redeem this Perk, your Zoom account will be transferred to the OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) Zoom Enterprise account, with OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) as the admin. If you do not have a Zoom account associated with your Passport email address and you redeem this Perk, an account will be created for you on the OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) Zoom Enterprise account, with OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) as the admin.

This will give you the large meeting and webinar functionalities, and your zoom meeting url will be changed to theonevalley.zoom.us. This account does not allow cloud recordings, so we do not have access to any of your meeting or webinar recordings. You can still save your recordings locally on your systems. As an admin, however, OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) will have access to meeting data such as the subject of the meeting, date & time of meeting, names of participants, location of participants and duration of  meetings  held through this OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) Zoom account.

If you use the Webinars feature, OneValley (Previously GSVlabs) admins will also have access the guest list and guests' email id's and webinar location. OneValley's (Previously GSVlabs) use of any data on the Zoom account will be governed by the Passport Privacy Policy. If you don't wish to proceed, please do not redeem the Zoom perk or accept the Zoom invite from us if you have already received it.

*** We also advise you to use an account that is not an admin account or a paid account on your company's Zoom account, create a separate BASIC ZOOM account which you can use to access the Enterprise functionalities alone and keep the company Zoom account separate from this one.
