BrightVentures advances companies and diverse leaders through coaching, training and community. The team will help you hone and scale your leadership capabilities, including maintaining wellbeing for you and your team and optimizing co-founder dynamics.

BrightVentures offers two different 1x1 sessions for you and your co-founders:

• Leadership Assessments Workshops – You and your co-founders will have a leadership workshop, which includes self-assessment and peer feedback. This is a great opportunity to learn more about yourself as a leader, and identify and build on the strength of your core team.
• Founder / Co-founder Sessions – 90-minute executive coaching sessions for you to which you can choose to invite your co-founder(s). Two 90 minute sessions in total.
