This tutorial will show you how to add new announcements.

Announcements are a great way to keep your community up-to-date with the latest news and information. In this tutorial, you will learn how to post an announcement on the Dashboard tab of your community.


Step 1 - Navigate to the Dashboard, then scroll to the section where announcements are located.

Step 2 - Select the Image Removed button on the top-left. Select the Image Added button located above the announcements.


Step 3Fill out the required fields: title, description, CTA text. The CTA text displays on the button.


💡 Tip: Keep your title short and concise, and use the description to provide more details.


Step 4If applicable, input an image and an external link. The CTA button will redirect to this link.


💡 Tip: 3 - Fill in all the required fields on the form.
NOTE - To ensure the announcement loads quickly, use an image imagine that is less than 200kb.

NOTE - The banner reacts dynamically to different screen sizes and may cut off vertical and horizontal edges, so images should not contain critical text or elements.

NOTE - Image requirements: 600px × 800px, JPG. *Do not use special characters in the filename.

Step 5 - Click the Image Added button to publish your announcement.


Congratulations! You have successfully posted an announcement on your community. Your members will now be able to see it on the Dashboard tab4 - Select the Image Removed button to create the announcement.

This tutorial will show you how to edit existing announcements.guide you through the steps of managing your announcements on the dashboard.


Step 1 - Navigate to the Dashboard , then scroll to the section where announcements are locatedtab.

Step 2 - Select the Image Removed button on the top-leftImage Added button located above the announcements.

3 - Select Image Removed.


Step 3 - To edit an announcement, click on the Image Added button located next to the announcement you want to update. You can make changes to the title, description, CTA text, image, and external link.


Step 4 - To delete an announcement, click on the Image Added button located next to the announcement you want to remove. A pop-up message will ask you to confirm your action. Click “OK” to delete the announcement.


Congratulations! You have successfully managed your announcements. Keep your cohort informed with timely and relevant updates to enhance their experience4 - Update any information, then select Image Removed to save changes.
