Since 2020, Morgan Stanley’s Multicultural Innovation Lab has partnered with Bright Ventures to support the cohort companies in leadership development.  

Launched in 2014, Bright Ventures (BV) BrightVentures advances companies and diverse leaders through investing, coaching, training and community.  BV has over a decade of experience cultivating leadership and facilitating excellence in a diverse group of visionaries in startups, corporations, and nonprofits. BV’s mission is to create an inclusive economy through Inclusive Innovation: building a future, together, that reflects the needs and interests of each of us. The team will help you hone and scale your leadership capabilities, including maintaining wellbeing for you and your team and optimizing co-founder dynamics.

BrightVentures offers two different 1x1 sessions for you and your co-founders:

• Leadership Assessments Workshops – You and your co-founders will have a leadership workshop, which includes self-assessment and peer feedback. This is a great opportunity to learn more about yourself as a leader, and identify and build on the strength of your core team.
• Founder / Co-founder Sessions – 90-minute executive coaching sessions for you to which you can choose to invite your co-founder(s). Two 90 minute sessions in total.
