Step 1 - Navigate to the Resource Library. Step 2 - Select the button located on the right side of the title banner. Step 3 - Enter your Page Title. This should be the title of your resource. We recommend including the format type in the title, so your audience can easily understand what each resource is. Step 4 - Select the label icon above the page title and input the category that your resource falls under. The acceptable labels include: legal, leadership, finance, fundraising, enterprise sales, marketing, research white papers, podcast, talent, product development, and customer acquisition. 💡 Tip: You can ignore the HTML box beneath the page title! 💡 Step 5 - Enter a Banner Title. This should be the same as your Page Title. Step 6 - If your resource is a PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, you can drag and drop the file in the text box beneath the HTML code. If there's a specific thumbnail you'd like to include, add it in the same text box. If not, the Resources Dashboard has pre-approved thumbnails that will auto-populate. Step 7 - If you're uploading a PDF, navigate to the button. Enter the exact file name of the PDF you're uploading. You can ignore the other fields. Step 8 - If your resource is an external media such as a YouTube video, navigate to the button. Click the Content Template button and enter the Upload type, Content URL, and Summary fields. Step 9 - Review each field to ensure you've completed all the steps. You can preview the page by selecting the button in the bottom right corner of the page. Step 10 - Publish your resource using the button located in the bottom right corner of the page. 💡 Tip: Want to save this draft and complete it later? Click the button in the bottom right corner of the page to save the draft and close the editor. 💡 That's it! You've learned how to add a new resource to the Resources Dashboard. Stay organized and keep adding valuable resources for your cohort! |
